I have just swapped my stock 750 Trident springs for off the shelf progressive springs and oil from Hagon in the UK and it feels like a completely different bike, well worth the 55GBP I paid.
They also do a matching fully adjustable rear shock but I'm afraid the budget doesn't stretch to that but winding the preload up on the rear an extra 2 notches from centre isn't bad.
I weigh in at 13st 2lbs.
