t140 cases have a hole through which the shifter shaft runs,the t120 doesnt. the t140 left hand shifter shaft has a "dog-leg" bend which clears "stuff" (primary chain,etc.) in the chaincase. you're best bet is to run a linkage right to left on forward controls,if it's a chopper. if stock,you run into a brake problem as well,as left shift models use a right foot master cyl. and disc rear brake.so no easy way out. learn to right shift.
