I would try Pyramid direct, first (Pyramid Plastics).

For the T300 models there are two versions, depending upon the rear brake caliper being above (like your Trident) or below (Daytona, Speed Triple). If you cannot get the correct one, I believe you can modify the other one (cut to fit). The other difference between the T300 models, either having a 17" or 18" rear wheel should not be an issue, as I believe that the maths show that the outer circumference comes out effectively the same when the recommended tyre size is fitted, and so the rear hugger should be okay for both wheel sizes (and also on my 16" T-Bird's rear too).

The hugger certainly helps keep the crud off the bike. I also have fender extenders on both the front and rear (Sprint) mudguards, and these help too (and don't look out of place).
