Paulie,

Fitting the can is easy. Two bolts and it's on, but Triumph have re-written the map for the Engine Control Management Unit, specifically for the 955i with the aftermarket can. It won't do any harm without, but with the tune!! boy will you notice the difference! It is a five minute job at the dealer. They just plug their 'game boy' in and bingo!

The K&N filter is a bit more difficult. It means a tank off job, and this is a bit of a handful on the Tiger. About an hour's work? (That's what it takes me anyway?)

If you don't want the hassle then wait until service and have it done then. However it does make a difference.

Your Tiger will be quick without having this done, surprisingly quick. But if you want that extra 'kick' then do the above.

10/10 for your choice of colour!

Spring can't come quick enough eh?

Jim
