Unfortunately, waiting isn't an option (unless I feel like fixing it with duct tape -which I don't.) Can that part even be welded? It almost looks like plastic. The bracket that broke is the large chrome bracket that holds the right side of the headlight, right turn signal, and, on my bike, the right side of the windshield. The bracket broke completely in half (can I post a picture here?) Which means that all that weight is now being held by the other bracket. Not only does the headlight wobble noticeably, but I'm afraid that if I hit a bump, that other bracket will break off, too.

The part in question, if it were on a Japanese bike, would run about $25. Since this is a Triumph, I'm assuming they'll hit me for at least $50 if not more. Still, it's not like I have a lot of choice at this time.
