No, the contacts are not opening or closing.

Yes, I have tested the spark plugs against the frame. Nothing. I believe it to be some faulty wire somewhere as the last owner just jumbled and taped everything together. Also, there is a cut yellow wire next to the CDI coils. What is that little cylinder on the right side of the bike also next to the CDI which has yellow/blue wires connected to it.

When you prime the carb, gas leaks out of the top. I've disconnected the fuel line and it is flowing fine. I did not drive the bike before this winter, as I have just recently purchased it, and was TOLD it ran fine. Who knows about that, though.

It wasn't very well maintained, I know that after inspection and was not properly winterized.

A manual is most likely my best bet, eh? Especially with this electrical mess.
