I will attempt a try at this.
First, you need a manual.

Second, you need a helper for this. Have a buddy kick the motor thru and while he is doing this, see if the plastic followers open and close the points as the cam rotates. If not, that's one problem. Also, check that the point contacts are smooth and making good contact. How do you know that you are gettig no spark? Have you removed a plug and tested it against the frame while kicking thru with ignition on?
Did this bike run fine before winter?
How do you know it's getting fuel?
Answers to these questions will help get better advice.
