Everything is pretty clean and rust-free but I do not see anything resembling a circuit board. There are two sets of points, but I do not think they are opening and closing.. They in a upside-down U shape, no? The rotor moves but that is it..

The problem is purely electrical I am sure of it but no next to nothing about how to fix anything within t hat context.

Also the oil is leaking from the bottom nozzle on the oil tank. How do I fix that?
