I just finished the install of the new Hagon fork springs. The job went off without a hitch but the old fork oil on the '03 was NASTY! dirty brownish-red muck. If your bike is 2 years old or more please think about getting that stuff out of there.

Another suprise was that the stock fork springs were a progressive wind. Go figure...

I installed the springs and the SAE 15wt oil as many others have done. Can't wait for the test ride tomorrow.
