Brand new one from a dealer went for $8200 on Ebay last week.
Many minor changes between first model and last model 1200 but nothing major. Power output increased slightly over the model run and final drive gearing went from 2.5 to 1 in the first models to 2.2 to 1 in the last models. If you want to run with the sport boys from the traffic lights the 2.5 to 1 will work best and if you want to cruise the highway at 100mph then the 2.2 to 1 is the best option.
Windscreen air flow interference relates to individual riders body height however the later model screen with the slight upward curve at the top does work better that the original sceerns and seat does need to be changed to a Day long brand or similar ( see photo in album on Trophy 1200 ) A Corbin seat is better but still too narrow and a bit hard.
All round a very good bike for the very good price when compared to opposition offerings FJR / ST / BMW / Concours style touring bikes.
