I don't know what master cyl is on your '95, but I once had one jammed on a suzuki, and I took a rod long enough to touch the piston from the output fitting, and tapped it with a hammer. It freed up and two years later still works perfectly. It may be worth a try. I didn't even take mine off the bars. The piston was just jammed.
