If you take a left at Chrianlarich and head down the A82, making for Loch Lomond, at the village of Inverarnan, it's only four or five fast miles, on the left there is the Drovers Inn, they do fantastic food, mainly Scottish fare.
Don't expect grandeur, but do say whit like, or, if you are from Aberdeenshire, fit like, (hello) to the bear in the entrance hall.

Yeah Tango its good to visit the Drovers on the bike because you need a 200 mile run after that to get rid of the smell in your nose and your clothes from that bear and the other things that have been hanging around on the walls for two centuries, I'm sure Rob Roy's Kilt is on the wall and he's still in it. In addition I'm sure the open fire just smokes into the bar added to the other medicinal substances that get smoked in the bar of an evening. But it is a good place to stop. :-D :-D :-D |
