My money went on the Touratech Zega panniers and I definitely have no complaints, easy to fit and remove, secure if you fit the locks, very durable and a good shape for loading although not too aerodynamic, but its touring you don't need to be 100+. I also use the Touratech inner bags which means you don't need to remove the box every night with your gear. Combine these with a Givi V46 top box again with an inner bag and a Baglux tank bag and you've got more space than you really need. Works for me, interesting to hear what others use and prefer though as its all a personal thing really.
