Your local Triumph dealer has 3 options for you: stock tune, high mount aftermarket (aka TORs) and the Arrows lowmount tune. They can install any of these on your bike for a few $, most likely the Arrow tune will be best match for a lowmount system.
The Arrows tune is a bit leaner, less grunt down low, more ignition advance, more power high up map. TORs map is richer fueling, not quite so agressive ignition advance tune. So TORs is safer in some sense, but you might end up running rich. Either should give you more power than stock map as these 2 are not made with emission standards in mind.
If you want to install some of the custom ECU tunes floating around the Triumph sites, you will need the TuneBoy cable + lisence for your bike. Full custom mapping of stock ECU is also possible with TuneBoy; no additional piggyback hardware needed on bike.
