I spend more money that I've got...... therefore I'm poor.
- BUT -
Something has got to be done to that factory suspension!
I may spend about $300.00 for stiffer springs & more appropriate fork oil (and labor) up front.

The rear is over-sprung, but I'm 240 pounds so that might work for me. I have the sag set up correctly for my weight right now, but the front end has been measured at a 28 degree rake.... it should be closer to 25 degrees. In an attempt to gain a little steeper rake, I've got the front tube pre-load adjusted almost 12mm out. The rear pre-load is two clicks out, and the rear damping is 1/2 revolution out. All this makes for a TALL bike for a short (240 pound) guy.

If I can address the front end, I'll be able to lower that rear end a bit and attain the desired 25 degree rake, while having the correct sag for my weight.

It handled quite well today, but I had to damnn near slip my whole ass off the seat to reach the ground at stop lights.....
