How much should I pay for a used 2009 Bonnie?

I have an opportunity to by a used 2009 bonnie black w/ spoked wheels with 500 miles on it. The buyer bought it last month broke it in and is deciding to sell it. He has the following accessories on it:
Triumph Summer Screen
Triumph Locking gas cap
Triumph Center Stand
He is asking 8100. What do you think I should offer? I do still have to pay tax in my state on title transfer.
This is a good opportunity for me to pick up a 09 with EFI and spoked wheels.
