New Thruxton Owner post thoughts
I've read most of the feed back on this thread. I have ridden and own a lot of different bikes. The Thruxton is a blast to ride. The bike I have is still stock and I've got about 300 miles on it. I've had it for about a week. It's not the most comfortable bike to ride but I find the handling to be very good. The bike doesn't have a lot of power but for me that is what makes it fun. It’s just a very simple machine that corners well and is easy to handle. Most of all I love the looks of all the Triumph Thruxton. I've ordered the stage 1 performance kit from British Classic's and hope to have it installed next week. Hopefully I'll be able to hear the motor run after the new pipes are on it.
