In New Jersey we have the hands free law. When it was introduced you could not be pulled over specifically for this infraction. Then they changed it and you could be pulled over. I think it's made little or no difference. I use blue tooth in the car and don't often converse while driving. My plan has minimum minutes. I don't know or understand why people feel the need to be on cell phones so much! Guess they will be the ones with brain cancer. Since blue tooth is available why do people still hold the buggering things up to their ears while driving? I was jogging at lunch one day, headed back to the office. A lot of people were getting in their cars for lunch and 5 out of every 6 were on flipping cell phones. Its crazy I tell ya.
