Wanted to add my thanks for posting this thread. Performed the bafflectomy on my '05 Bonnie this afternoon and am extremely pleased with the results. The 3/4" spade bit really did the trick. Nice throaty rumble from the pipes now.
I would add to this thread, you might want to consider chocking your wheels before you start banging and wrestling the baffle out of the pipe.
