Yeah, I've got one fitted to my Tiger. It certainly seems to stop any muck coming back up the rear of the bike, I think it also looks pretty good, its as Timtiger described for the BM, black powder coated aluminium and to a certain extent you can set it height wise to suit yourself as you drill it and fix with and throught the existing number plate holes and bolts, in my case it also helps hide the Zega pannier cross bar rail which runs below the existing rear guard.
