..... mine were kinked where they connect to the tank - I suspect the tech routed them incorrectly when putting the tank back on after the service.
Just had a look at mine - they are very tight where they go down beside the water pump
- dont know how to squeeze the last one in without removing the coolant hose.
Perhaps run it behind the water pump for now until the next service?
