I've had 3 triumphs, 2 of which have required warranty work. I've had no problems with Triumph honoring the warranty. Biggest issue, a bit slow on the approval for one issue, but then all was very well looked after. This was the Sprint rear drag link failure and I was one of the first in the world with this problem, 3 1/2 months before the worldwide recall.

The second problem was a leaky battery on my 2 day old Speed Triple. All affected shock, exhaust compoents were replaced with no quibbling, and the rear swingarm cleaned and repainted.

So all in all, I'm not happy Triumph seem willing to accept a couple of % points more warranty work than other manufacturers but give them credit for honoring the warranty when needed.
