Hey everyone. I'm new here on the board. I found it while searching for information on Mike Wambold. I sent him a complete set of "sheetmetal" as he calls it to him probably anywhere from 3-4 years ago. After the first e-mail requesting pictures of the progress, he gave me the excuse that his mother-in-law had passed away and he was all tied up. I told him it was fine, expecting that when he got some time (10 Minutes or so) that he would send the pictures I requested. This was on 2/22/06. On 8/21/06 I emailed him once again asking for an update on the progress and some pictures. This time he did not respond to me. Over a year later I sent another email requesting the same as before, again with no response.

Then on 1/19/08, he decides to email me out of the blue and requesting all of my information, saying that he was finishing up on the whole job. There was never even any type of quote on the price before hand. This is when he also told me that my tank was no good (as I see he has told many of you also).

This was the price list he sent me the next day..

He also said he could get me a "nice used tank dent and rust free for = 375.00"

Now yesterday he emails me telling me "THISIS MY LAST TRY IF I GET NO REPLY YOU LEAVE ME NO OTHER WAY BUT TO GIVE YOU 60 DAYS TO COME UP WITH THE MONEY OR YOUR PARTS WILL BE SOLD OFF TO COVER YOUR BILL MIKE".
He seems to be a little impatient for someone who did not have contact with me for about 2 years?
Now today he has also said that he made a non paying customer order at the district magistrate office and "has it ready to go into effect at anytime".

This whole ordeal would never have came up had he sent me the pictures I requested, and responded to me. I do not think it would have been to hard for him to give me a quote before the job would it?

If any of you are thinking about taking him to the proper authority's I would be more than happy to back you up/ help out.
Is there anything you guys would recommend me doing at this point?
