Trust me, the magnets are not going anywhere unless they are dislodged by impact.

If a magnet happened to be removed, for whatever reason, the resultant clump, or other particles, would be trapped by the filter media since the magnet interfaces with the oil on the inlet side of the filter.

If the magnet was on the outlet side, that would certainly be a major concern.
