I dont know if it is as much Triumph as just some of their dealers.
Our local shop sell BMW's also and when you walk in the door that is all you see, they have a few Triumph's stuffed in a little room off the back corner of the showroom.. when the wife and I went there all excited about triumphs thay looked at us funny and pretty much seemed to snub their noses at Triumph.. had a hard time even getting ayone there to talk to us about the T models.. and that turned out to be a mechanic who was nice and seemed to like the bikes. Anyways' we bought our bike 160 miles away at a dealership that also sold Ducati.. 50/50 showroom and showed real pride in the Triumph name. Its a long way to drive for service but that is where we will take it if something major is ever wrong.. to people who care. It makes a difference.
