I bought this one at Sears yesterday and installed my fork gaitors, IKON progressive springs, and Ohlins 36PL rears today. Great lift, solid and well made; I highly recommend it over the cheaper ones. This one will last me for as long as I'll need a lift.
I don't have a centerstand, by the way.
