As mentioned before, my 06 exhibits the occasional double click going into 5th and 6th but not as much now as it did when it was new. I did take it to the dealer when it was still new and asked him about it and he suggested I get some miles on it because the transmissions on these bikes are pretty tight when new. 'Give it a chance to break in' was his comment. Truthfully, I did not think too much about it because my VFR did the same thing the whole time I owned it and it had 70k on it when I sold it so I was used to dealing with it.
