Left Side. So you can turn it on while you're controlling the bike and the throttle with you're right hand.

IMHO, if you have both turned on all the time, you don't have a reserve. You'll find this out when you start pushing the bike to the next bowser. If you need both turned on to run properly, you have a problem you need to get sorted.
