Power commander or Tune boy?

So like the rest of you I have an amazing sprint ST, bought it last year blue 4000 miles and with an after-market two brothers pipe. Took it in for a 6000 mile service, got it back would not hold the idle, back fired on deceleration (like bank robbers were chasing me) and stalled when I pulled the clutch in. Back it went to the triumph dealer 10 days later back it came, still backfiring although not as bad but still stalling, and running very poor. I did some research found out it is probably the mapping and a power commander looked like a good solution but they only seem to make them for the 2005 and 2006 models. Called another dealer the said to get a tune boy and download the maps.

I wanted to ask what the best option is here, has anyone used a power commander (Dynojet) or the tuneboy?

I know I could take it back again to the dealer but hey they have had it twice told me it is running great and given it me back buggered!
Thanks///
