I've been wondering re that myself. I have a '67TR6 and a '68 Bonneville. Most of my rides are 25 miles or less. I don't know how much oil is spewed on that ride, so I'm going to put some saran wrap with rubber bands around the exit tube and see how much is collected. I usually ride 12.5 miles to a restaurant..stop and ride back. I'll check it after each leg and let you know. I may go this evening or later this week. If the bag falls off, I'll try it with a metal clip to hold it. Pochie
