Throttlemeister Adjustment

G'day learned friends.

I have noticed my Throttlemeister is getting progressively stiffer to operate. This after the bike has sat for a while, say a day or two.

When you first pull on the throttle it is very stiff and wont go back. Quick fix ( with engine off ) is to fully engage the throttlemeister a few times, ( full on/full off, repeat, repeat, repeat ) and then the first quarter turn of the throttlemeister is freed up and the throttle will return as normal. ( Ya still with me ?? )

So before I pull if off and maybe remove one or some of the washers, anyone had this symtom and come up with the same or a better fix ?? Will a squirt of WD 40 do the trick ??

Thx..
