T-140 crank shaft?

I am attempting to put together a T-140 engine from an assortment of old parts I have. I've got one of "Kim the cd man's" Triumph editions on order but it is not here yet and can't figure out which crank shaft would go with the T-140 cases (T140V CH2792) I have. I have four or five diffrent crankshaft versions to choose from and want to get the right one (if I have the one that is supposed to go with the 140). One prime suspect is a bolt together, another looks like one of the lighter cranks (square edges) but is heavier. Also, are the rods diffrent from a T120 to a T140?
