If the smoke coming out of the exhaust is black then it is not oil, it is fuel. Black/Charcoal smoke is the sign of a rich running condition, while blue-gray smoke is oil, and white smoke (actually steam) is water/coolant. There could be a couple different causes of this. First off, what gas did you last put in the bike? You could have possibly gotten an old batch of gas if you went to a cheaper station, or is there any possibility that you mistakenly put any diesel fuel in the tank? What kind of ECM map do you have loaded? If it is a performance-type map then you could have major carbon buildup that is now blowing out. You might try running some fuel injector cleaner or SeaFoam in the gas to see if that will clean things out. If you use the bike as a commuter and rarely give the bike a good thrashing on twisties or straight-aways, the cylinders and head can become carboned up.
Aside from those possible causes it could be due to a malfunctioning Air Temperature sensor, or ECM. Judging from the mileage on the bike I would think it is not due to these parts, but it could be.
