I haven't seen one but I like the idea. Only thing I could think of was to get a used seat, strip the padding off it and build a rack on top. I've never found a seat though, but I haven't looked very hard either. The Bm GS has the system, and it seems that the GS riders use it, at least the ones who actually go somewhere.
