Man, there are some GORGEOUS bikes in this thread! Ogri himself wouldn't know which to choose.
Here's mine;
2007 Thruxton, Mellow Yellow!
-British Customs "Predator" Silencers, no airbox or AI, K&N Air Filters, #145-#42. Drilled carb slides. Cleaned up inlet tracts. I've been able to set up the stock suspension and brakes to my liking. Ignition coil failed at about 4000 Mi. That's the only failure. I'm underwhelmed by the stock Metzlers in the wet. The bike is perfect for my use, it FLIES up past the Ton and corners like a white line.
A- Polished Alloy mudguards, fabbed from a Royal Enfield alloy rear ($70)
B- Smoke colored turn indicators (want them to disappear)
C- Raised bars 2", dropped bike on fork 1"
D- Fabbed Lexan Flyscreen
E-Royal Enfield bar-ends ($15 ea)
F- Relocate key to opposite side, in front of tank. (There's enough wire)
G- Black plastic molding on ugly tank flange
H- Kneepads
I- Second petcock on offside of tank (3 pints more reserve fuel- 15 miles)
