I drained the 2 outside carbs, no water in them. I couldn't loosen the middle carb screw to check that one. I took the gas tank off today. I turned the fuel on and the gas flows fine and clean. I took the air hose off the back of the tank and blew in it. The air only flows one way thru the tube. I didn't check the air cleaner yet. I put the tank back on and the engine still starves for gas at 4,500 RPM's than stalls.
