Not sure what "wimp mode" is. I don't have that much experience with ODB2 systems. It might just be running on 2 cylinders.

If you have been wrenching on the bike, changing plugs, changing fuel pump etc. I would almost be certain that something isn't connected correctly or something got damaged. I believe there is a temp sensor in/by the air box that could also trigger that other code. Since these codes are showing a short circuit, take everything apart and make sure you didn't pinch any wires or damage anything. If you turned the bike on without everything connected it would also generate the codes.

Yes, the ignition coil 2 fault could be from the spark plug replacement.
