Mine buzzes and you can feel it in the grips and a little in the pegs.
Unless yours is an out of time vibe and not a smooth steady fast one I wouldn't worry too much.

It's just a three cylinder motor in a frame transferring it's vibrations to the rest of the bike.
My old 650 bonneville, now that was some vibration, good lord.
