I chose Ikon forks and shocks. Upgrading fork springs should be done immediately. The benefit is immediately appreciated. The shocks give more feedback, but are compliant enough to keep the rear planted over lower quality roads. The overall ride is stiffer than stock, which isn't the goal, but is a difference.

I've not messed with adjusting the shocks much, choosing to wait for a track day where I can repeat cornering between changes. With only a few thousand miles on the upgrade, I'm very happy with the Ikon setup, but have nothing other than stock to compare to.

I'd do the same again.
