Rain gear
Try Frog Toggs.
I have used them as summer weight raingear for four of five years. Currently on my second set and I still pack the old set for my wife. Look for them online or in sports outlets. Pretty good rain protection, light weight, useful for other activities in addition to biking.
Feel like paper at first but they are more durable than I fist thought. Cheap too, $39. The latest version is $59 and looks thicker, heavier material.
