Without knowing any info on what emissions model bike you have or seeing a picture, I would say the previous owner probably deleted the factory emissions equipment (charcoal canister and whatnot). Does any of that look familiar? If the lines are vacuum lines, you'll want to cap them better than tape; if they have no vacuum they should be good. Is your bike a 'green state' model (i.e. CA)
