After having problems with my dealer dragging his feet on a repair, I called Peter. My bike was ready for pick-up the very next day.
Also, regarding the loaner, I just completed the online survey for Triumph and one of the questions was about the dealer offering a Triumph as a loaner. Apparently that is a secret some dealers like to keep as I have never been offered one, so be sure to ask for one and let Peter know if they refuse. I bet he will get you satisfaction!
