New jets for the 2002 T-bird. Up-grade?

Hi, what is the difference between the jets that are offered for the 1995 to 1997 Thunderbird and the later T-birds? Dynojet doesn't offer a jet kit for my 2002 Thunderbird, can I use the 95-97 jet kit? What kind of performance difference would I get compared to the stock jets?
I think I need to remove my carbs to have them looked at. (bike won't rev over 4,500 RPM's, and stalls if I hold it there). It starts fine, runs fine till I get to 4,500 RPM's, then it stall but will start back up. The bike has 3,000 miles on it.
I drained the 2 outside carbs, I didn't find any water in them, but I am unable to drain the middle carb. So if I need to have them out, and the problem might be jet related, what should I use for new jets? The Dyno jets are $125.00
Would anyone have another sugestion? Ron.
