My '05 T100's plugs have that perfect light tan color which indicates to me that the mixture is just about right. I got it with 2000 miles already on it so I cannot say with complete certainty that it has not been modified. But the dealer said he was sure that it was all stock.... Someday I hope I'll meet the previous owner and find out for sure. But I said all that to say this: With the engine dead cold the machine starts fairly easily with full choke even when its 30°F or below. At 60°F to 70°F a half choke for 10 seconds is all it needs. Above 70°F it needs no choke at all and starts with a second of two of cranking.
Gaging by many of the posts in this forum, this seems unusual.
