Confront the Dealer
Even thought they are an hours drive away, you are going to have to confront them in person. Find out what is wrong with your bike, when will it be ready and remind them that you have been emailing and ringing them for info, all to no avail.
be polite, but very firm.... ranting and raving gets nowhere
it also helps if you have a couple friends that are about 6'6'' tall, built like Conan the Barbarian having a bad day to come along and back you up.
