Question about front signals, and Howdy from Texas!
First off, Howdy!
I am new here, but "lurked" a long while. I bought my 05 Thrux last week. My question is that the man I purchased it from had put on aftermarket square turn signals on the front and rear, made by EMGO, available from British Customs and South Bay Triumph of CA.
Mine also has the rear fender removal kit, TOR pipes, and the 4 new signals.
Ok. So I love the bike, but I notice that it has not been inspected in 3 years.... And I notice that the front blinkers do work, but only as blinkers- they do not stay on as running lites though.
So, a friend said that the front ones are 3 wire signals and the former owner probablt put on 2 wire signals by accident. But this is not the case. He included the original front signals with the bike sale ( wow, they seem huge!) and they are, (the original signals): low and behold, 2 wire signals.
So what do I check now? Or what does it sound like to you?
