What's the vibration coming from, your head, the bars, the bike? It's pretty normal on a naked bike for your vision to go to crap at 100+, and it definitely doesn't improve as you approach 150. Even on a calm day, your face is taking on 100+ mph winds at these speeds.
If it feels like your bike is getting wobbly, you might have some other issues to consider. Death wobble is no joke!
Either way, when you're going fast, position your body for speed. Get streamlined and don't sit completely upright and it'll help keep your head steady, so you can see. When I'm trying to top out and am heading towards maximum speed, I usually am flattened out as much as possible on the tank, with my head real close to the tank and bars. (Note: this probably isn't safe, but if you can't see anything, you have to do something to mitigate it or slow down)
