I believe the '07 & '08 are the same, the '06 and back are different. I just got an '08 and bought an Mivv low-mount carbon can. Dealer put the TOR tune on it & with the dbKiller removed it ran great, but with alot of popping on decel, and it was too freekin loud, even for me, so I put the dbKiller back in & I like the sound and the popping aint as bad.
If the M4 fits an '07 you ought to be good2go.
