What is battery voltage with bike off & running?
It would be really good to know which direction that 32A is flowing!
If the test is repeated with the amp meter on fuse 3 instead of fuse 2 what does it read?
If fuse 3 reads the same, then start pulling fuses to find out where all the current is going.
I realize you probably aren't there at shop but these would be good things to check.
