i have just booked my 05 Tiger into my dealer for,what seems to be, exactly the same issue.
Oil misting out of the front RHS as your sat on the bike.
They are replacing the Gasket,Bolts,Oil and Filtet etc and believe it will do the trick. Worryingly, mine is 6 months out of Warrenty and i have only had it 12 months.
Bought it when it had 811 miles on it, now has just short 5k - i bought this bike because of its reliability - am now thinking about chucking it in for a 1050. Will see how it goes. Dealer have been brilliant so far.
